a pair of lightweight hand crafted mirror polished puffed up teardrop stud earrings. crafted in the traditional hollow work method using the original mold, solid sterling sheet is hammered into the troquele, then cut and soldered to sheet sterling - creating high volume while maintaining ease of wear. the teardrop earring design is estimated to be from the first design period of William Spratling, c.1931-1946.
