This is a heart shaped pendant from Nikko Mountain in Japan and depicts a dragon on one side and cat sleeping in foliage and flowers on the other. It could be a souvenir from Nikko Mountain. The side with the cat has Japanese characters that say Nikko Mountain. The dragon side has characters translated as "Nururyu Musician", "Hall" and "Minglong". The pendant is 26mm x 25mm  and is suspended from a 24" silver plated rope chain with a spring ring clasp.
